"We have been boarding our dogs at Marendale for over 10 years now. Our friends recommended the kennel to us when we were looking for a place we could trust to leave our beloved family members with and it is recommendation enough to say that we have not left Marendale since. The care given to our dogs is exceptional and the staff are professional and if reasonable do everything to cater for specific needs."

"Dingle is a very sociable dog and gets lots of company and social interaction - and very good care at Marendale. We have used Marendale for over 10 years and return because we have been very satisfied and so we are very happy to recommend its services."

"Viivi is a 'cat regular' at Marendale and has boarded here since joining our family in 2003 and prior to Viivi, her predecessor (Muffin) also stayed at Marendale throughout the 1990's. Marendale is not the closest cattery to our home but it is well worth the drive. I know that Viivi is in capable hands and that she is cared for by friendly and enthusiastic people who take the time to get to know her and her foibles.
I know she will settle in to her 'holiday home' and I feel confident that I can leave her for six nights or six weeks and she will be fine. Thank you Marendale!"

"My Devon Rex cat (named "Kitten") is a very precious member of the family, and the only way we can enjoy going away is if we know she is well looked after, safe, cared for and given individual love and attention. The whole experience at Marendale enables us to leave "Kitten" without feelings of guilt or sadness or abandonment. The staff are all such "animal people" and take real interest in all the boarders and I have recommended Marendale on many occasions.
Having been a client for seven years I'm pleased to be able to write this testimonial for them."

"We are so lucky to have found Marendale Boarding Kennels. After a couple of bad experiences our vet put us onto Marendale and we have been extremely happy and grateful ever since. Boston, our beloved hyper-energetic boxer has been a regular guest over the past six years. He recognises the change in scenery on the drive to Marendale and gets visibly excited in the car. He always has a great time and is in the best of health on our return.
The staff are very caring and attentive to every detail, we've even received reassuring text messages whilst on holidays letting us know how he's going. It is a great reassurance and investment in happy holidaying to know our boy is in such good hands. Thank you one and all."

"Marendale was recommended to me by a friend who has used Marendale for over 20 years and is very happy. I then boarded my German Shepherd, Charlie there.
I was extremely impressed by the caring and friendly service. When I picked Charlie up after 2 weeks stay she came back to me perfectly groomed and happy.
Previously I had Charlie in another kennel and she complained after being pick up. This time home from Marendale she was excited and happy."

"My 2 schnauzers Lucille and Priscilla love their holidays at Marendale, especially their daily walks, the socialising with the other dogs, and the attention from the staff - who they greet enthusiastically on every visit.
We have every confidence in Marendale and would heartily recommend it."

"A Home away from Home would be the best way to describe Marendale for our blind Jack Russell "Lucy".
The excited yapping starts when we turn off Mona Vale Rd and stops only when she gets out of the car to discover she is in the country and so "having a holiday" as we call it.
Lucy has been coming to Marendale for at least 5 weeks every year for all of her 12 years.
We never have any qualms about leaving her with the caring and capable staff, knowing they will handle any situation that arises and most importantly, returning to find a happy and healthy little dog.
Marendale ticks all the boxes for us."

"We have been sending Nelson our Golden Labrador Retriever to Marendale since he was a puppy.
Nelson is always happy to go which makes us feel very comfortable leaving him there. Just recently we had to leave Nelson at Marendale for a long period of time due to renovations. We were very worried about leaving him for so long but found that Nelson was looked after extremely well and the care given to him was wonderful. The people who work at Marendale all show a love for dogs and are so friendly and caring. They were always happy when I called to see how Nelson was going. They even trained Nelson out of some bad behaviour.
Our experience has always been good and Nelson always comes home looking fit, healthy and happy. The playtime with other dogs is what Nelson misses the most.
Thank-you to the great staff who look after Nelson. We will be seeing you again soon."

"Until we recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney, our Blue Healer x Kelpie Tara had never had to stay in a boarding kennel on her own. She had always been lucky enough to be looked after by her human grandparents and had occasionally been in a boarding kennel along with their dog. So I was a little nervous about how she'd go on her own.
After inspecting a number of kennels in our area I found Marendale. The environment and staff at Marendale are fantastic. And it gives me piece of mind to know Tara gets plenty of outdoor & socialisation time and isn't just locked in a small pen."

"Now we have found Marendale we feel comfortable and happy that we can go away on holidays or business trips with peace of mind our dog Karma is in the very best care. And in fact, we think of Marendale as a doggy holiday for Karma!
The Marendale staff take excellent care of our dog and when we go and pick her up we really get the feeling that the staff know each pet individually.
We always look forward to seeing Karma's personal report card from Marendale so we know what she did on her holiday too!"

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know thatw e can tell Six had the best time with you guys. He is absolutely exhausted and after a quick look around the house he collapsed in his bed and has been sleeping ever since we got home.
I also saw his photo online and can tell in his face he is super happy and having lots of fun.
The report card is GREAT, as we were unable to collect him it's given us a run down of his time with you and we're just so happy to have found your resort. He has come home clean, shiny. happy and well.
We feel confident that Six will be happy to come back again.
Special thanks to his carer Megan."
