December / January Bookings
We are booking up quickly so get your booking in early.
As you can appreciate December and January are the busiest time of year for us and there are certain things you must do as an owner to ensure your pet can stay here at Marendale over this period.
Vaccinations Vaccinations are so important to maintaining the health of your pet. At Marendale we pride ourselves on having very strict vaccination requirements for ALL pets staying with us. It is vital your pet has the correct vaccinations done prior to coming in for December and January. We are unable to accept any cat/dog that does not have the correct vaccination. If you are unsure if your pet has the correct vaccinations please contact your vet or give us a call.
Cats must have a current F3 or F4 to stay with us.
If in doubt contact your vet or give us a call.
If your pet arrives with incorrect vaccinations over the December/January period we may not be able to accept the booking. There is also no refund if you arrive with the incorrect vaccinations.
Paying for your booking All bookings made in December / January must be prepaid. You will receive a letter in the post that outlines the amount you owe. You can pay by cheque, money order, bank cheque, cash or credit card. If you would like to pay by credit card please download the credit card payment form.

We do not offer refund for bookings made in high season and there is no refund/discount for picking up early or dropping off later.
We are happy to put a credit against your account provided you give 21 days notice in writing. All credits must be used before 30/11/10.
Tick/Flea Protection Frontline must be done every 14 days while staying at Marendale. Please ensure your pet is protected prior to drop off otherwise we are happy to arrange this for you.
Belongings We have everything your pet will need for their stay with us so you do not need to bring anything with you. Leave your belongings at home to use when your pet returns.
Tours / Inspections During this busy period we have all kennels full so it is not possible to conduct tours or inspections. If you would like to come and have a look at our facilities please feel free to come by in November when it is quieter. We hold inspections between 10am and 12pm Monday to Saturday. There are also plenty of pictures on this website for you to get an idea of our set up.
